* Added a config value that allows for quality crafter behaviour to be managed: "Allow the perk to exceed the maximum armor slot amounts?".
* Added field for prestige commands that run after the prestige rank up has been handled (after player data reset).
* Optimized GetPrestigeBenefits method to use cached data.
* Updated wipe settings into forced wipe/manual wipe settings, so you can run different wipe rules for each type.
* Updated for June forced wipe.
