* Fixed an issue with the points limit not displaying in the menu.
* Fixed an issue with the upper navigation buttons not changing the back/forward arrows.
* Fixed an issue with Tree based respeccing not working with the arrows.
* Updated the alignment of the points number on the node back to the bottom left.
* Updated the tree to show the requirements to unlock nodes in specific trees where applicable (min level/points/prestige etc).
* Added config option to show scroll bars for nodes that extend past the visible frame.
* Updated the vehicle ultimate to work with value assigned to the buff (removed config option).
* Updated the resetxpbars command to include a bool parameter to include offline players.
* Fixed an issue with InstantUntie skill freezing boxes.
