Hi! The plugin includes 3 permissions for players, in which you can set limits of the number of modified entities.
Config file:

"Max ammount of modified HitchTroughs": {
    "industrialdung.one": 10,
    "industrialdung.two": 20,
    "industrialdung.three": 30
  },
  "Max ammount of modified Composters": {
    "industrialdung.one": 2,
    "industrialdung.two": 5,
    "industrialdung.three": 10
  }

I found what the problem is, if the stacks on the server are more than one million, then the composter does not work! In general, everything worked for me when I installed a stack of manure of one million!

Hello. Each player can enter the command "idung auto", after which HitchTroughs and Composters will automatically be modified upon player spawn them.

this is great, but is it possible for the players to always spawn the modified versions of  HitchTroughs and Composters without having to type the command? Please?!

At the moment, it's not possible, but once I have some time, I'll look into what can be done.

By default, players have entity auto-modification enabled.

Regarding your previous message, you simply need to add an existing permission that all players have in the config section "Max ammount of modified entites per group", and specify the restriction as "-1".

Or you can change the values for "industrialdung.default" to "-1" and grant this permission to all players.

Hello, you just need to either add it to the config list or make the list empty.

Hi,
this is a really nice plugin. But could you perhaps do anything about the accessibility of the storage adapters/small wooden boxes mounted on the troughs?
It is a pain to set up sometimes, especially when players are not used to it. I cannot be around 24/7 to hold their hands on this.
This is so far the only problem I noticed. Thank you, I hope you can consider to improve this.

Hi, unfortunately, this is on the client side of the game, to which there is no access. 
The best way is to stand on top. You can see it at the 2-minute mark in the video.

Can u add a option in config so its off by default, It is always on now when u place a composter or hitch, u dont get the question to modify it its modified already.

u have to do /indung auto fist to disable if people dont want the industrial added to a hitch or composter
