I also wanted to ask if you are willing to improve things and implement new ones.

Enhanced Hammer:
I would be for that too.

AOE repair functionality: 
https://umod.org/plugins/handy-man 
That you can repair several walls or floors in a certain radius at the same time.

Remove function:
Prefabs| Entitiy Whitelist,Blacklist for the Remove, because some things just can't be removed. " 
Additional skin removal support. Because currently the entities are losing the skins.
If it is possible, as with the RemoveTool, entities can be removed from several meters away without having to hit them with a hammer.

Thank you. Your plugin looks great as it does everything these plugins already do. Just having the ability to split up what it does with permissions is all I feel it really needs.
 

And excellent. That was the last deciding factor. If you're able to add the permissions I'm sold. Basically have the mouse hovering over the buy button 🙂

Oh. One other thing to check. For removal. Do you have/can you add ownership of entity?

I had a remove plugin that depended on TC and it didn't work out well for players using quarries and pump jacks.
They would need to surround every possible spot a TC could be placed.
If they missed a spot another player could walk up and place their own TC and walk away with that players pump/quarry. Same thing can happen to highwalls.
Right now I'm using virtual quarries. But I'd like to be covered if that changes in the future.

How to make it look like in your video, you take out a mallet and an improvement menu appears?

P.S. already figured it out) You would at least add to the description that the number 7 pull out the mallet + the appearance of the menu.

I wonder if your plug-in can allow players to build buildings without consumption through permission? If yes, I want to use it to complete, such as ukn GG / sandbox type building server, do not know whether it can be completed?

Would it be possible to set it up so we have the plugin use the Garry's Mod Toolgun instead of the hammer??

You can open the inventory and simply click on the interface buttons, or you can type the command /up [1-4]

Edit:
When a player removes a sam site it gives HQ instead of the actual item, same with research bench it gives metal frags and scrap. Could it be possible to give the item instead?
Also the recycler, and Vault door when using /remove doesn't give them comps or items. Could that also give the item?
If not a possible blacklist? Maybe an RP credit for said items?

anyway to add a system for distance, if something is further then its harder to upgrade or remove

I would like people to use the remove tool and it be able to remove a wall at anytime even after the 10 hours of placement..

How do i change this setting as i cant find it... 

I dont want any limits of time.

Great Plugin thus far - I simply cannot get the menu to come up while holding the hammer or Build. Plan like in the video. Any help? I saw someone above mention this... something about the number 7? But that does not work either. It would be cool if it was auto like in the video. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

This feature was disabled by the game developers after the update, button 7 no works.

Hello - I have the JSON that you provided above with  "Cooldown (default | 0 - disable)": 0 -- set exactly such, in fact I think it was how it was set. However players are still getting the 10 hour warning. 

EDIT/Update:

I changed this: 

 "Upgrade Settings": {
    "Amount of upgrade entities per tick": 5,
    "Time of action": 30,
    "Cooldown (default | 0 - disable)": 0,
    "Cooldowns": {
      "buildtool.vip": 0,
      "buildtool.premium": 0

..and it works now.
