Best way to do that would be with a plugin like TruePVE in my opinion. In my experience players are always going to try to find an easy way to do things it's somewhat inevitable, but this way you can block some of the cheesier ways to attack a boss!

Will add this to our notes and suggestions, I'm sure he already has plans to do this for the few plugins that use wolves though.

A player on my server has asked if killing bosses provides XP towards skill tree anyone have an idea as i cannot find this feature in the config/data options TIA.

Does Skill Tree allow custom files, for example can it give rewards based on an NPCs 'name'?

Off the top of my head I don't think SkillTree is specifically written into the plugin I know at least 1 or 2 plugins have been added over time as far as rewarding points of some kind for killing. I feel like SkillTree might have the customization configuration options but if not let us know especially if you've reached out to that developer and gotten any feedback from them let us know.
