I was able to verify that this plugin works flawlessly both as admin and as a regular user as long as you have the permission to use it. Make sure to double check your permissions.

Are you copying & pasting the cs file code in or something ? Try deleting your current downloads of stack modifier and then download a fresh copy. If you are using file zilla to transfer the file it doesn't always work right ( it doesn't actually transfer the new file ) so try closing it out and re-opening it

Latest update should resolve the banned categories feature not working as intended. Please update your config values to compensate for the changes. Electrical is number 16 in facepunches enum list. ( I don't set the numbers facepunch does )

Admins are ignored due to admin group being specified in the config, groups to ignore, you can remove it to also track / work on admins in the config

I tried re-writing it for carbon but the biggest problem stopping support is that the unity engines MonoBehaviour simply no longer works on carbon for invokes an stuff and that is probably because when an oxide plugin loads on carbon, they change all the fields to public which also directly breaks certain things that i've set explicitly as private or internal. etc

Oh, ya the plugin does not work on carbon, too many bugs. It only works on oxide, and this is because the UI system is slightly different in carbon, and carbons harmony patching is different, and some of the unity engines mono class systems don't work right like invoking which i've told them about and they still haven't fixed. etc So nothing i can do to support carbon to be honest.

Looks like some kind of plugin conflict issue with specific custom items, would have to see list of installed plugins.
