Could it be that the vehicles are decayed? It was never intended to recall broken/despawned cars. It was only intended to allow you to recall your vehicles if you forgot them somewhere. -
The plugin should process the list and then a new random list is created- 189 comments

It's not active use, it's just counting up how much memory it took for all the hook calls So plugins that do a lot of logic can take up more but that doesn't always mean they're super bad for performance
