hmm... what plugins do you use? can we get a list/picture of the plugins? (also check the server>oxide>data/config folders to make sure you have no plugin leftovers in there)

You might have left a config/data file in your server, but if not, well... then I see no other option. I don't think Rust has a built-in whitelist.

Most likely you have an entity on your map, try removing all entity / broken prefabs from the map, rename it and start your server.

NPC spawners, underwater labs should not give such an error, my best guess is the trees, bushes, ores and grass placed manually. I've never seen this error before. ps.: Make sure you have the latest steamcmd, updated your server and validated your server.
