CustomItemDefinitions seems to had the harmony bugged making the rest all crap out as your error shows. let me know if this still is a thing -
reload the plugin should be fixed, using latest version ? released a possible fix let me know if its gone

lets say harmony bottlenecks and executes everything same moment which is .. well it sucks (Rusts own modding method) -
rusts harmony platform is rusts own modding platform with 1 downside... it tries to execute everything at once which is not a good way to patch. 2 plugins trying to do the same also has its own issues if both use harmony.

yeah if its still running the harmony patching is giving errors for other plugins -
you have other plugins involving chickens ?
