This is the wrong Lootables plugin. I think you refer to the loot container preset editor and not static lootables. -

Again, it depends on the developer and the license of the file. If the file prohibits editing and/or can only be downloaded through DRM, that's how that's gonna be. -

No, permissions, configs, data files all work the same way they worked on Oxide, it should be drag-n-drop really. 🙂 -
