This is not possible currently due to the way Facepunch implemented wallpapers. They're not a separate entity and the building block itself tracks the wallpaper ID and skin, within the building block logic. Meaning that if you'd want the wallpaper to be on both sides, the only way you could do that is duplicate the wall and flip it 180 degrees.

That's piracy and can get you banned. If you pursue to gain access to files from our site that you do not own, it can lead to your account being banned, fair warning. There is not, and never will be a "try before you buy" logic on our platform.

Why wouldn't you reach out to the actual developers of those files for assistance using the Support tab? Is it because you don't actually own either of those files?
