Hi! Why are all my skins gray? Won't it automatically load Workshop skins? Or is there a way to add skins in bulk?

Hello. Downloading a large number of skins from the Workshop is detrimental to the server and its players.

The description contains commands that allow you to download entire skin collections.
- However, please note that downloading a large number of skins from the Workshop will not lead to anything positive.

Sorry! Do you have any already downloaded skin data files? I think downloading them manually is a bit slow. Hahahaha.

Ive noticed skins in workshop lately, but havent seen any patchnotes from facepunch about it have been added....

@Hawkhill   If there are skins, then it is possible. You can check this yourself.

Tried to add it into the config.... all that happends is the icon is changing.... not the skin on the weapon.
Maybe its only out on staging yet and will be added in the upcoming patch at thursday?

How this skinbox works, and those skins from steam  upload automatically to skinbox( wich not for sale), what about lags in game, that's a big problem with that in game )

@Evox   The more skins, the more lag. In this case, it's not the plugins fault.

A comfortable number of skins from the workshop is up to 3,000. The maximum I recommend is no more than 10,000 skins. But anything above 3,000 will cause increasing lag.

And your skinbox 100% legit? I can sleep well and no surprise in a morning lol, they update automatically right , once coming out new skins in workshop, skinbox coming with workshop skins? Do I also must buy every month workshop skins for skinbox also? How long time warranty you have for that plugin? Not like I buy and bye bye .

@Evox   By default, the plugin is configured for the “new Facepunch rules.” So, no problems there.

You control the skins yourself. You can add skins from the workshop (lots of collections and skins) or delete them.

Warranty: You pay only once and receive plugin updates.
Support: I am always available to assist with configuration.

Hey Monster, would a skin request system linked to Discord be possible in the future, a bit like on Skinner or Skinbox?

I'd like to inquire, how can I set it so that it doesn't apply skin changes to items other than the one I've selected? For example, if I have 4 AKs and I select one in my inventory, I only want it to change the skin for that specific one, without applying the same skin to the remaining 3.

@Tnyrio22   We only have two options for doing this.

1. Leave only one of these items in your inventory.

2. Move the item to one of the 6 quick slots, select it (this works with any item using the mouse wheel). Once you have selected the item, use the
/skinitem command.

However, it also changed the skin of the items in my backpack. Is this the only method that can be used?

@Tnyrio22   Only these two options.

A third option will appear in the future. Then you will be able to quickly and easily select any item from your inventory/backpack and change its skin.

Hi, I've run into another tricky problem. After I changed the skin, the item icon skin in the toolbar changed, but the actual weapon skin didn't. What could be causing this?

Even after reloading and reinstalling the plugin or restarting the server, it's still the same.

@Tnyrio22   Next time, please open a support ticket for the plugin.

This is not a problem with the plugin or server. This issue depends on the game client.
Most likely, the skin loading queue is active on the client. Icons are loaded first, followed by textures.
That is why you can see the icons, but not the textures yet.

If you are referring to the Skin Pack, please read its description. There are instructions there.

Also, read the description of this plugin. It contains all the necessary commands for adding skins.

i just got a new skin mod that loads all skins i dont have to load anything
