• Added checks for configuration file correctness during initialization;
• Added subcommand 'show' (/rules show) if the player wants to re-read the rules;
• Added saving of the player's last response;
• Added a check when agreeing to the rules to verify if the player has viewed all pages (it was possible to agree via the console without reading all pages);
• Added the ability to customize the panel design(*SERVER*\oxide\data\RulesUi\);
• Other minor improvements and code optimizations.

Don't forget to save the old config and languages files.
