Check the 2.1.1 update notes. Did you update from 2.1.0 to 2.1.2?

Harbor Event was given a very large update and the notes warn that making a copy of, and deleting the old config is necessary.

Which version are you running right now? Version 2.1.3 was released not long ago.

I am running 2.1.3 and it seems like it is not autorunning the event. I was able to manually start it, but my players tell me it is not happening on its own.

I manually started Harbor and it said it was at P15, but there is no harbor at that location and when i go there there is no cargo ship either.

You may have upgraded past this version without realizing it or noticing the notes.

What version of NpcSpawn and Convoy do you have?

Convoy v2.2.6 

NpcSpawn v2.5.3

Harbor Event has been reconfigured.

My suggestion would be to join the Mad Mapper Discord and create a ticket there.

None of this is normal behavior so surely there is a reason you are having these issues. We can more quickly review your specific issues and investigate how they are coming to be. We need to be able to reproduce issues or diagnose them to be of more help.

fuel_storage[54185464] changed its network group to null
rhib_storage[54185466] changed its network group to null

Since FP changed RHIB I get a million of these prefabs at 0,0,0

Understood, have you by chance been able to definitely link it to HarborEvent?

Do you mind putting that in a ticket and tagging K and myself both in it?

I can not directly link it to Harbor Event but that is what happened as soon as it started. The event boat does not touch the tug spawn locations, maybe there are additional boats out there? or the RHIB on the back of the Cargo changes?

Most likely something like that and the server restarts while it's active. Possibility at least but I think that was already addressed previous so perhaps something did change and it just needs addressed again or tweaked a bit for whatever change(s) was(were) made.

I don’t have a picture in my phone but back of boat ( where RHIB is ) spawns inside an iceberg. So maybe that us why the rhib parts are showing up

To be honest I don't think it's because of the iceberg but I never rule anything out until we can or cannot replicate it. Sorry though K and I have both been busy as hell lately. Did you or could you open a ticket on this? Maybe you have honestly I can barely keep it all straight so just make sure to tag one or both of us if you go too long without an answer.

Have you had a chance to clear things out or wipe and test with and without the plugin to see if it's happening?

Is everything up to date to your knowledge? Server and oxide files, there have been a few updates this month.

I was playing in that Fancy Orb Global Warfare event and been a little busy too. I manage the server for someone and he purchased the plugin. He is the only one that can access the ticket option I think. Server auto updates both Rust and Oxide every night. I also believe we have the latest version. Either Tuesday or Wednesday I will remove the plugin before restart and see what’s happening and report.
