The Last one there is what is used in a lot of different Configs for Timed Events (In Seconds) not (Hours).

I can't explain it any easier then that. 

Ask your friend to show you what it means, that might help you in understanding on How Minutes and Hours are Converted to Seconds for use in Configs that are used to count Real World Time.

I think you didn't understand my question correctly.
The fact that the parameters are calculated in seconds is already stated in the config of each event. 😉

My question was what I have to change in the config file of each event so that these events are only started by the EventManager and not by the config file of the events themselves + the EventManager.

In my config file the parameters were set to 7200 seconds.
The answer to my question I get was to set the parameters to 900.000 seconds.
But that doesn't make sense, does it?!?

The correct answer would have been:
"Is the timer active on to start the event? [true/false]"
Change this parameter to false.

So thank you for trying to help me.
But my problem has already been solved.

Say I didnt know what I was doing and deleted an event but want it back, how do I add it to the menu?  I tried deleting the plugin and reinstalling it but theyre still missing

/newEvent or you unoad the plugin delte config and data and reload the plugin

Hi! 
I just bought this plugin. Seems pretty awesome. Easy to set up with the /em command.
But i have one question.
Should i disable automatic eventstarts in the event configs and let Eventmanager take care of when its gonna start?

Convoy for example: "Enable automatic event holding [true/false]": true,

Should this be false in every event plugin?

Hello, does this plugin disable facepunch events by default if there is no schedule set?

Why would it be strange?

Its an "event manager".   The Automated Events plugin on Umod supported this out of the box.  Having a disabled event is just as much an important config as a timer for one, as it provides flexability in how admins want to configure their events.  

And if I did set an event with this event manager plugin, it still ends the facepunch timed event also?  So its doubled up?  

My understanding is this plugin is meant to give control of events.   Currently I will still have to use Automated Events on top of this plugin to truly control all events and it would be much better if this one handled all functions.

I dont know for sure ofcourse, but i think it would be strange if it  messing with the default timers if you dont change it yourself.
But i can try to see if the events start on my server..... havent changed anything on the facepunch events yet.

No, the facepunch events do not deactivate themselves here. But I will add it as a feature to my update list for the next big update

Hey, just bought this plugin. I am trying to use it to control the events on our server. I have removed all events we dont use. i have disabled auto starts for each of our events. Im trying to have it run on a random schedule. I have created the random schedule set to run every 1 hours. i have added the events to this one random schedule. but nothing has happened in the last 2 hours. I seen the command em_startevent in the plugin but when i use this command in the console, it throws a NRE error. What am i doing wrong?

Hey, would it be possible to include an option for discord webhooks to log/track the events running? Would be really good to see which events are spawning and how often.

Ability to add random times to spawn between a minimum time and maximum time for each event. Instead of having a set "Every X hours or X minutes" having min hours to spawn every event and maximum hours to spawn event.

I specified Random Start with times and defined which events come into question.
Unfortunately, an event random is never selected - it says in the console every time:
Logs:

[EventManager] 1
[EventManager] 2 2
[EventManager] RANDOM START
[EventManager] 4 airevent start

Can you fix this promptly? I know they just adopted it, but it would still be nice if this feature worked too.

Have the same issue as above, random start doesnt do anything. 

It also doesnt recognize heavy military tunnel event, i have it all set up but constantly says "heavy mil tunnel event not found"

Hi!
I have some issues controlling the cargoship event.
It simply wont start at the schedule ive set in eventmanager.
Earlier i had problem that there sometimes were 2 active cargoship events, so i ended up disabling it with cargoship.event_enabled “False” in server config file.
That worked fine whole last wipe, but now players get notification that cargoship is inbound, but no cargoship appears.

Great, plugin got handed off to someone who doesn't respond and raised the price of the plugin after doing 0 work.

We have the same issues on the server I admin for, the owner got this and we set it up - all seemed fine until, well what you said. Otherwise it generally works but editing the .json is next to impossible and the UI of the plugin is abysmal, unresponsive and if you ever need to update the set up you made in game, using the ui   it stops responding and must be erased, to input all event times again.   
Random start, best idea but does not function on 30 min intervals or any variations.

Its a shame, simple and clever idea gone a bit awry.

An update of the ui appearance and functionality or simplification of the configuration file for simple .json editing would actually benefit this plugin a lot.

Unnoficial (unowned review) as a user of this plugin is 2 out of 5 stars

I hope this can get a short re-write or a proper update to fix or improve upon these issues.

The price adjustment was well thought out. I sold my plugins very cheaply. However, I know from Mevent that he is working on a very large and good update. This rating is not fair (since you changed your 5 star rating to 1 star)

Doesn't excuse the fact dude hasn't answered people here in over a month. 

11$ increase in price for an update. My review is fair.  Crazy they worry more about reviews and comments than fixing issues.

So TBH, I am with dead nasty on this one. I think everything is fine in regards to an increase in price and an update coming. But I feel an announcement or like a description shouldve been added warning about a price increase appearing on the next major update and then wait to update the price once the actual update is released. I like that the plugin is getting support again but I think some lack of communication is the biggest issue. Love the devs and people that keep things going. No hate here ❤️
