changed config to 1 and also 0 but the vendors still shoot at anyone near the convoy?

I didn’t have this, rather the opposite, I would complain that they strangely attack when they should) So far, my tests show that something is not working correctly with the vendors’ turrets.
Look at the behavior of not only vendor turrets, but the entire event.

Hi. I have disabled this feature. These NPCs are in the way and may stay on the road after Bradley leaves

Put 30 or 60. 
0 is an incorrect value, the convoy thinks it is always aggressive

once convoy is shot at NPCS jump out works well but the cars ect start to drive off without a driver and they go off in all different direction's any ideas?

Check the stop time in the config. It must be greater than 0

is this how long the convoy stays aggressive for after someone attacks it? or how long before it starts shooting back after someone attacks it?

If the player can become the owner, then he will become the owner, the Convoy will stop and be aggressive until it starts moving (what will happen if the aggro duration parameter you asked about is made longer than the Convoy's stop duration parameter - I don't know), If something does not allow the player to become the owner (for example, locks in the presence of CoolDown, which Adem added in one of the last updates before Convoy Reforged), then Convoy will continue to move and will be aggressive during this time.
If I'm wrong somewhere, I apologize in advance.

That's been there for some years, there are more important things to worry about. I wouldn't try to change that in the config 😉

Still the same occurred with this changed to 120

Did you update from your previous config or set up the default config again?
If you updated from the old one, then try the standard one, if on the standard one there are problems, then you most likely have a conflict with some plugin, because everything is fine for me, the stop time is 300

Deleted old config and started again  but will redo the configuration again see if it got messed up

In such cases, I first check completely on the standard config, then turn off the server, ideally another, local one, for example, remove all plugins from it and load only with the minimum set of plugins that is required for the plugin to work with any error..

my friend find two bugs:
1) when someone attacks a convoy, it starts to disperse, traders with loot drive underwater, etc.
2) cars drive through textures!
and there is no way to disable this behavior of cars in the config, add this there please, thx

Bradley Configuration:
"Clear the standard content of the crate": false,       <---- Will this make the crates dropped by the bradley have standard bradley loot table?
"Enable spawn of items from the list": true,  <.----- and will this add extra loot to the crate from the list i make?

Yes, you will receive a standard loot and items from the list will be added there

In the helicopter config.....
I see 2 options for opening the crates after spawn. Why?
 

"Open crates after spawn [true/false]": false,
"Open the crates immediately after spawn": false,
