Hey Lynch, You can try out loading https://umod.org/plugins/placeholder-api plugin and use {player.ping}, any variables from there is supported.

Delay might just be because it sends when the player wakes up, so some might join the server and afk sleeping then come back and wake up, then it sends. Will close the ticket for now, if something else comes up or you have a suggestion open a new ticket or reach out to me in discord dm. Username .b.e.e.e.

Currently PlayerConnected will not send for new players (new since plugin was installed), so that you can have different message for new vs returning,, but I will tweak that so it would still send if no NewPlayerJoined actions setup. In the meantime, you can add NewPlayerJoined action too.

Please add default group to groups so it would know what groups or permissions are Elligible. I will let it assume next version that empty groups and permissions means all are except ones in blacklisted groups or perms.

I can integrate with that sure yeah, but i think your main issue is having it sending to global would always cause spam, especially if a player keeps going back and forth in and out of the edge. Maybe if I add a cooldown for this type of triggers so it won't be too constant, will see what i can do and update you when i have something.

Need to define a group yes, you can add default group as that includes all players.
