    1. You can configure it in the config. By default, monuments are spawned after a wipe and saved until the next wipe NPCs are configured for some locations, you can see the locations with NPCs in the video. There are no NPCs in the other locations..

    The problem is fixed by restarting the server. It can be caused not only by this plugin, but also by some other related to transport and NPCs. Updating the game broke a lot of plugins. The latest version of this plugin does not cause such problems.
