    Hi. Each monument has a skin ID in its config. You can simply give the player a flare with that skin ID, and it will work.

    I've encountered similar issues with Carbon recently. Restarting the server usually solves them.

    Hi. The issue is most likely caused by these two parameters. Set them to 0 and -1 respectively for each preset, and then all of them will spawn.
