Hi. Sorry for the delay. This issue was related to a game update from the Rust developers. The problem should have gone away with the latest server version. If the problem is still relevant, create the ticket again.

Hi. I've tried spawning it about 20 times and everything is fine. Maybe something needs to happen for the train to become like this?

You need to download the archive from the website and move the file from the en/oxide/plugins folder to the oxide/plugins folder on your server.

Delete the config and install the plugin from the en folder in the archive that you downloaded from the website
