Hi. NPCs can be deleted by clearing the list of their coordinates in the plugin config for the corresponding monument. I don't remember this SAMsite on any monument.

All loot tables on the train are default, meaning the crates contain standard loot, so there aren't any. That's how it should be. You can create a new table and enter its name into the train config for the entity you want. The artifact in the sky is a problem caused by the ice walls. They're not designed to move, so this problem occurs. Unfortunately, the only way to fix it is to remove the ice walls.
