I dont know how to quote you to notify you but here is my better explanation. In config file, I am trying to put my SteamID so when a player kills someone, the icon will be my servers icon and not the default rust icon. The issue that I get is that whenever I put any steamids into that config (replacing 0 with a steamid), the plugin stops working and send no messages in chat. But there are no internal errors that I get in console. Hope you understand.

So, I tried to fix it myself, but it looks like there is a minimum that you've put in the plugin. Basically when I put max 4 items, there is a drop usually between 1 and 2 items. As soon as I put the maximum drop items to 3 or lower, you get no loot at all... -

It looks like a fun plugin, but can you make a sale at 10$ for each of your plugin? So you get some volume and feedback from your plugin
