Take a look at BadLandPVE message with config description, some speed parameters are multipliers, you need to lower some to make it faster -
Hi, can i see your config file and copypaste data folder? Also, what's the map type of your both test and main server (procedural/custom)?

Probably it can't find the building file. Can i see the contents of your oxide/data/copypaste folder? Also, can i see your server log? It's file called "output.txt" in the root server folder -
do you have any plugins that control gather rates? most probably they're overriding the mining rates

I think it's better to ask the developer to update the plugin to ignore vehicle lock for NPCs -

Use some JSON editors online to add more animals using my config as example, you need to change the permission, animal type and animal name after adding new element in the config Do you have any plugins that could prevent killing the animal? It should work, i'll check it today and release an update. To heal the animal you can give him food, it works in the same way as feeding horses
