Are you using a custom map? this can cause navigation problems because it's based on road paths from procedural generator (but most of custom maps are working with this plugin) Please also check minicopter because it's should work on any map

what a box in corner of screen? personalnpc's GUI? you need to enter hat.cap instead of hat i don't really understand the problem, the clothes from the config aren't applied to the bot?

of course, just copy paste it in the config and it will be a new variant of the bot, don't forget to change the permission and names -
