nothing can do about it, because the visible name above the head is hidden on frankenstein prefab, only way to do text like this is using admin commands to render 3d text but it will cost a lot of performance and i don't think it's a good idea

You mean display names above the npc's head? They should be by default, but how i remember it's only appears at close distance (because players don't have pnpcs in their contacts list). I'll check this moment on this weekend

pnpc hierarchy it's a console command

You don't have any animals that could be spawned using an item. All of your animals are spawning using a command, this new version feature doesn't work with command spawn. I've attached my config with item example, you need to spawn animal using an item to get the item back on despawn PersonalAnimal.json
