Hi, maybe this is due to other plugins. The passenger who is supposed to die after the crash is just standing in the air. Just set the Passengers amount(spawn after crash)": 0 in the config. Or create a support ticket, let's try to figure out what's wrong- 271 comments

Most likely, 5 motionless NPCs are passengers. They should die after the crash, but for some reason they don't, possibly due to other plugins. Just set "Passengers amount(spawn after crash)": 0. Use only "NPCs amount(spawn after crash)" setting - they will guard the crates. Let me know the results please

this is strange, it should be 15 minutes, as it was by default. Perhaps you didn't reload the plugin after changing the config?

Please set the default timer to 900 seconds first and check. it is also possible that third-party plugins affect this, try checking without them
