Hey, storing the attributes for each furnace when stacking of these items is enabled is not possible; the upgraded furnace item has to be 1 single stack to prevent glitches like this from happening. I already added a disclaimer about this. So if you are using any stacking plugin, make sure to set these furnace items stacks to 1.
