* Added new node prefab checks.
* Built the permissions inside nodechecks.
* Improved damage scaling (set lower to make the npc deal less damage)
* Improved Spawnrate methods (still recalculates per node/tree not total ! 35 seems a good setting)
* Added Scarecrow npc as 2nd npc type
zipfile with both npc versions (scarercrow and scientist) are provided.
This should not overwrite the cfg when switching to the scarecrow version.
I do suggest to edit your kits when switching to the melee type scracrow.
