Yes that's it, 

If you set it to have an empty reference it will remove the sound.
 

"Level up effect": ""

    or to   

"Level up effect": null 

I'm not sure which would work here, so you might need to test.

Hi There, Does this Integrate with Server Panel from Mevent?

 Ive had a few players stating when they spec into glutton under the cooking tree in skill tree, it works sometimes and then it just goes away. Ive tried to have them test but there doesnt seem to be any common trend of when it breaks. Any ideas on what the issue could be? ive tried to see if other plugins may be conflicting but there is no common thing.

Could you Integrate them? Mevent Freely supplies  API and It`d be Great to have it open via the panel. 

Is there a way to disable the green popup on the bottom of the screen when a skill is leveled up? Or a way to change the color? I've looked everywhere, but cant seem to finds a config option.
