I see the new permissions field in the config for each skill, but unsure what to do with it. Also how would one create their own skill? 

Use the following chat command while in game: /addtestpermsnode

This will add and save a test perms node to your config called "Test Perms node" under the "Cooking" tree. This will give you an example of how you can create your own permission based nodes. It is set to be disabled by default, so you won't see it in the tree unless you edit the config.

Got it! Works perfectly! Pretty cool feature. I can now grant a permission from any other plugin to the player when they spend a skill point on the skill!

I've done this for creating my own skill - not sure on the full limitations of it, still playing around myself lol

You could add a dictionary of permissions as well if you wanted to.

In the process now! 🙂❤️ The cooking tree is actually perfect for some of our vip permissions we were selling at NPCs, like different levels of 'BetterMetabolism'. Having so much fun putting this together tonight! Thanks so much @imthenewguy!!

What an update!!! Amazing work!

Ultimates, custom skills, perm based skills...the players are going to go wild!

Love the custom weightings for the loot drops from the tree and mining too!

Idea for a skill tree or nodes: Vehicular Combat. Damage to vehicles (minis, modular cars) also to the NPC nasties like BradleyApc or Heli...etc

Slight cosmetic thing. Any chance we can have rounding on the pump bar values the same as in /score?

As the majority of server owners can likely agree... a lot of Rust players are.... not always the brightest... An alarming amount of players on my server had no idea that there were other skill trees to spend points in other than the Mining tree that it opens up on. For some reason their brains couldn't make out that the > > symbols at the bottom meant NEXT PAGE!.....🤦‍♂️

Anyway, I had to dumb it down for them by changing the > > symbols to NEXT > > and the < < symbols to < < BACK in bright green text. I did this long ago and have just been re-editing it on each of the updates that you have pushed, but figured I should probably share in case you wanted to change it to something like this in a future update.  Pic below for example of how i have it set.

What an amazing update @imthenewguy lots of my wishes came through in one big update.  10 / 10.
But one thing im noticing now with the new update where i can add my own skills with permissions.
Would have been nice to be able to choose how many skillpoints you need to use for each skill and not just a global setting that affects all skils.
I found it quite challenging to customize the different skilltrees so they had enough skillpoints to trigger the new ultimate skills.
Ended up with reducing it to 20points to unlock the ultimate skill. 
Some of the skills ive made with permissions is quite powerful, and should cost more than others to unlock.
Would also have been awesome if i could set level requirement for some of the skills.

The XP Pumpbar is also abit messy, but i see in chat that others have mentioned it.

EDIT: Other thing....  i sugguested earlier that i wanted the possibility to buy xp for scrap, by for example gettng xp for clicking on research papers.
Then my players will have more they can spend their scrap on, and alot more plugins can give xp as rewards.....
Now the xp from other plugins is very limited, since there is just a few that supports the xp system in the SkillTree plugin.
Then it would be an easy fix to just reward players with an ingame item..... for example research papers.

Has anyone had any issue with the harvesting perks since updating. I've got +65% harvest wild yield showing on the buff section, but when I pick things up it's giving the default amount. 

There is a high probability that I've messed up the config, but everything is active and all looks fine... I think.

EDIT: I've realised that we get no exp for picking things up also. Oh man what did I mess up here haha 😕 I've uploaded my config just in case it's a simple error that I was either too blind or silly to see.

I have installed on my server buttons for all plugins so that some players do not even have to enter chatcomand , now I often get the question where is for the button plugins

So my horse has eaten a rocket or is on speed but what about the cars? is there anything that increases the speed? have changed today from XPeriance to your plugin because with XP just nothing goes

I just tested using your config and I am getting the proper amount (see pic here). It could be another plugin that is using the OnCollectiblePickup hook and is returning a non-null value, or is modifying the item amount. My suggestion to test this would be to unload all plugins, reload ImageLibrary, then reload SkillTree and test.

Crack horses, as I like to call them!
Vehicle speed or turbos is something I definitely something I want to add. Nothing exists for it at the moment, only for horses and boats.

Only thing i can point out is that you have set 150 points is max you can place and your level limit is 100....
Are you guys over level 100?
If thats not the case.....have you reset the skillpoints after the update?
The whole skillsystem have been reworked in this update, so maybe skills that was already placed before the update is messed up...
Sugguest you maybe  try to type /stresetskills in chat and try placing your skills again

The next update will have a lang entry for the back and forward buttons on the menu so you can edit them for your server.

Vehicle speed or turbos is something I definitely something I want to add. Nothing exists for it at the moment, only for horses and boats.

We're really interested in turbo for submarines! 😄 Love that turbo for other vehicles is on the menu! ❤️
