ReloadAfterStartup 1.0.2

Does anyone know if this plugin reloads your selected plugins in order?

What I mean is, does it go down the list from top to bottom, or would it be alphabetical?

Looks like it would go down the list in the order you have them in the config.

I have my config like this: (only 1 plugin but the most used on my server) If someone could let me know what I did wrong as its not doing its job, cheers
