@DeathI'm not sure  if this is a bug or a conflict with my settings because of the level cap I have it set to. But the upgrades are not applying properly.
Level 2 is correct. But level 3 is just another upgrade of Level 2. Then the addition ore upgrades will start to apply.

@Death
Okay. So I dropped the cap on quarries and jacks down to 5. I pulled every plugin on the server and am only running BackPumpJack so I can get oil strikes. QuarryLevels. ImageLibrary and SurveyInfo. And this is what I got from a stone only strike.20210809115856_1.thumb.jpg.76be03e97abae08bc994ea94b7e04336.jpg

Things I would like to see configurable

  • Fuel consumption increase (The ability to disable ideally)
  • cost for upgrades (The ability to configure a custom upgrade cost(s))
  • chance to gain new resource type on upgrade (% based chance editing)

from what I can tell right now with the other plugins I use this one this would allow me to configure a perfect scenario with minimal RNG and maximum understanding for new and old players alike.

Just double checked on my server and I can confirm repairing is missing

By default Rust does not allow you to repair Mining Quarry or Pump Jack. As far as I am aware, this plugin doesn't allow you to repair them (apologies if I am wrong). There are plugins out there which will allow you to though, which are easy to find in the usual places.

Found it! Thank you!

This plugin still needs some work whenever the developer has time.

  • Not compatible with SeverRewards
  • Cost is not configurable
  • When upgrading Pumpjacks, there are static values - regardless of the Survey Charge value

Plugin not working for me, permission doesn't exist. will do further testing tmrw. I have a few plugins installed, looks like its loading for some of you.

Would be great if you could also control the chance of a creator having a resource, not just chance of oil.

Hi @iDodger24
If the permission doesn't exist the chances are the plugin isn't compiling.

Watch your server console or rcon window when installing and see if any errors are thrown.
If you do see errors I'd delete any config file the plugin may have created and oxide.reload QuarryLevels.

If that doesn't sort it ping back and we'll see what's going on.

@Steenamaroo

I have already tried that. I get the same error.

@Steenamaroo

I did a factory reset. Installed Oxide  and the whole jist. I only installed plugins PlayerAdministration and QuarryLevels.

The same thing is happening.

Do I need BackPumpJack? I didn't know oil craters didn't spawn from survey charges.

@Steenamaroo Thank you for helping. Unfortunately its still not working.

Now the permission is working. But after a I place a quarry, and click on upgrade tab. It just disappears and no UI opens. And I get this on console.

EDIT: I did delete config. And did a reload. That gave me no error.

You will need another plugin to spawn oil craters. While this is a planned feature, it's not implemented yet. The error you posted above is from not having ImageLibrary installed, or an older version. @iDodger24

is it possible to add an option to require materials and economics at the same time to upgrade the quarry, and to give us control on how much each level requires for the upgrade?

What i mean is to be able to upgrade the quarry i would need all of the following

10 gears, 200 scrap, 50 sheet metal, 10 hqm 500, metal and 1000 cash/rp.

also it would be great if you could add in the interface the amount needed to be able to upgrade the quarry

That goes against the simplicity of the plugin, but I've already compromised by adding credit cost option so it's something I'll certainly consider in a future update.

there is such a problem.I have an improvement to level 10.When the player gets to 7 and leaves to work when the quarry is full and the player comes in and empties it completely and starts a new one, the quarry stops pumping the previous resources.only the stone shakes, but when you put 1 unit of what he was pumping, he starts pumping them.The other player did not have it reduced to 7, but it also happens.Exactly when does the quarry overflow?

@DeathPlease give this support for teams so it just works with teammates. I'm constantly getting complaints from players about not being able to toggle the engine or upgrade a teammates quarry pump even though they're authed on the TC.
