@Stark @Infidel
PermissionsManager kicks you out of UI if some plugin is loaded or unloaded, because the info you're looking at may have changed.
To be fair I should have made it refresh the UI instead of just kicking you but it never really came up often.

rither you have the wrong version or a download issue. I'd suggest redownloading. and checking the version is 2.0.9

To add to what Mals already said, that looks like it could also be an error in the config to me.

Nah, unexpected end-of-file means the .cs dile is damaged, modified, or incomplete.

Sometimes seen with FTP transfer where oxide picks up on, and tries to compile, the file before transfer is complete,
but given that we see the error twice here, and the reference line numbers aren't the same each time, I doubt it's that.

Either way, delete PermissionsManager.cs, and delete all copies from your downloads folder, just to be sure,
then re-download from Codefling and install. 👍

Oh 💩 that's the CS file not the json. Don't listen to me. Didn't look closely enough, I'm using lack of caffeine as an excuse.

Hello, I gave it to my moderator adminmenu.permissions How can I prevent him from enabling or disabling permissions that I don’t want him to use?

This is PermissionsManager, not admin menu.

If you don't want your moderator to be able to change permissions for groups/people, don't give them the permission to use this plugin. 👍

The funny thing is that I need it to be able to use permissions, but not all of them! That’s why I’m asking if it’s possible to somehow disable his ability to enable some permissions

There is a blocklist in the config where you can exclude specified plugins from PermissionsManager UI,
but that will apply to anyone who has access to it.

There's no per-user option for that kind of thing.

Hi,
PermissionsManager is just a front end for the oxide permissions system,
so it doesn't store the data itself.

There are, however, options in the '/perms data' menu which will allow you to export permissions and/or groups to either SQL or data file.
If you were to export to data file you could then take that file (/server/data/PermissionsManager.json) over to your other server,
then use the same menu to import.

The same can be achieved by copying the oxide data file which stores permissions and groups but the advantages of doing it with PermissionManager
are you can do permissions or groups separately, if you want, and it can all be done without rebooting any servers.
