Thanks for tracking it down and reporting!
Confirmed, yes...it was NPCKits. A simple typo!!!

Anyone on 1.2.8 might need to roll back to most recent save (after installing 1.2.9),
or contact Kevin about his plugin.

Haven't had our saves corrupt on server restart so far. Will update to 1.2.9 anyway

If anyone is on V1.2.8 and has not rebooted their server yet,
don't reboot, and DM me please.

Unfortunately I missed this and we lost our server save from corruption, the map was forcibly wiped and reset somehow. 
Investigating.

Hello...
I use version 1.2.9 . 
Bots on lets say oilrig , artic , desert base they have kits .
But they are spawning with default kit . 
When i reload plugin they get my kits , but when they are killed when they respawn they are again default kits .
Sometimes that happens sometimes not ..

I already have a possible fix sent out to someone for testing.
If it's good, I'll update as soon as I know. 👍

Wish list for future updates:

Add Outbreak_Scientist
Add Waterwell_Shopkeeper
Add separate Oil Rig Guards (Small & Large) like we do for Harbor.  (this is my second request for this wish)
