I'm considering buying it, so I'd like to confirm a few things beforehand.

1. Can it be used on a custom map?

2. Can I think of it as the same function as the default mobile vendor in FP? (It runs on the map and respawns after a certain amount of time has passed)

3. Can the product and price settings be set from the UI? Or can they only be set in the config file?

4. Can the price be automatically set by specifying upper and lower limits like in FP vending machines?

5. Can custom items with skins be sold?

6. Can command execution and permission granting be sold (although I don't think this is possible)

1 - If your map has the right number of roads to launch this event, yes
2 - This plugin works with a standard store and does not control its appearance time, only changes its store and products when it appears (I think it can be done in the future)
3 - Only in the configuration
4 - Yes, the entire price range is configured in the configuration
5,6 - Unfortunately, vending machines do not support SkinID, I would be happy to add them if possible - I will do it right away, but at the moment RUST does not have this function for the merchant 
Therefore, you cannot sell custom items or privileges through this merchant

If your custom map cannot find a Ring Road and is not spawning the default Vendor will this plugin allow spawning of this customized vendor on your roads?

No, there must be a ring road on your map so that a traveling merchant can start

I run a 3500 normal map. Will it be able to spawn on such a map? I'm looking for a plugin because FP only offers it on maps that are 4250 or larger.

My plugin does not spawn this merchant, but only edits it when it appears

It would be great if you could color a text, logo or image to customize it on the server, you can do it.

These are only 3 visual models, there is one single vending machine.
The RUST developers decided to do it this way, alas, they cannot be changed individually, because there is only 1 machine

I mean being able to put in the vehicle, for example in the space in front under the headlights and before reaching the grille that protects the windshield, the name of the server (a small text) you do not modify the vehicle, perhaps it is similar or similar, like the one on the sides.(shop)

Ah, now I get it, maybe I'll implement it, it would be nice for a future update.

I would like to ask to introduce SkinID for vending machines, they support SkinID when you sell it when they items have skin on it.

This cannot be done because these vending machines do not support them at all, these are slightly different vending machines from those that exist, for example, in the safe zone

Are there any commands to force one to spawn? Would like to test the config before letting it loose to players.

I never seen it spawn yet. I have ring roads, and never seen it spawn.

I remember this, I will add it in the update when I get to the plugin.

F1 -> spawn travellingvendor
You can test it by creating it directly on the server (you need ownerId administrator rights)
