This looks really cool but can you explain about the buildable areas more? Are there plugins to control PVP and PVE included?

Construction areas are zones where players can build their base.

The map includes a prefab that you can remove so that players can build as they would on any other map.

There are several PVE add-ons in Codefling that you can use to modify the PVE to your liking.
