This mandatory and required update with Loot Manager is brain dead and pointless. Not only did we lose years of work there is simply no overall benefit for this. This shouldn't have Loot Manager as a dependency. Actual users were never asked or polled about this. There was no warning that this would be a required dependency at all. No one is trying to use loot manager. We already have our loot tables/system. Hours, day and months of working on it only for it to become useless to have pretty much useless plugin. Then there's no warning no nothing, just drop this useless required crap on everyone at wipe. The problem is making this a requirement. No one wants it. That's it. Don't make this a requirement, very simple. My entire loot system is gone. All my Npcs are gone. No response from the Devs other than silence and "just accept it" and you have the nerve to be angry that I don't accept all my work being washed down the drain? If that's going to be a requirement for all the events from Mappers then ya'll can go ahead and just refund all my money from the events.

Still early on for me working out how to use this plugin, and I need to have it for the Convoy Reforged and the Armored Train. But after playing with it for about 4 hours, I have to say it's the absolute worst thing I have encountered so far. It is mind-boggling unintuitive, I can't find a tutorial for it that would help, and now it won't compile and I have to scrub it and start again from scratch. If I had known the Convoy and Train would need this to work, I would have never bought them. To anyone who is considering purchasing a plugin that requires this as a prerequisite, I highly recommend you grab this first and make sure you can use it to populate loot with it. And this can grab profiles from other loot managing plugins, except Better Loot. For some reason, the most used and most intuitive loot manager is not integrated. Also, since it doesn't seem like a container you create can have it's contents copied and pasted onto another container, be prepared to spend a week of spare time setting this up with the clunky page-clicking UI in game. In a nutshell, this is frustrating, and it just sucks. I would have been more polite and constructive, but it was really this bad for me so far.

Two stars for a nice ui design by a good developer. Minus 3 stars for plugin that has become an unnanounced forced dependency FacePunch for many plugins; which in effect, however unintentional, has taken away almost all organisatial control, efficacy and order from server admins. Resulting in a chaotic mess of server files. Could it be improved? Absolutely Do I want it, absolutely not. Does it help server owners and admins? no. Was it a good idea? In theory, I am sure. At least it helps the developers of MadMapers plugins who are using it, to unify their workflow but it does not do the work for us, so there must be more taken into consideration Please consider this: I have tried and tested LootManager, let's use one of Adem's decent plugins as an example, lets say Caravan. If I want to continue to use Caravan and customise the loot I must use LootManager. I have tried multiple versions of LootManager since Adem first published it on Codefling. The Result: I can no longer cleanly and efficiently edit the loot via a single .json configuration file. Using a GUI (user interface) to edit any configuration, in this case loot, is impractical, there are visual bugs, there is latency, a risk of misclicking, the inability to edit large amounts of data, it looks nice but it is very impractical! Not to mention that all the data files LootManager created, in this case have been misnamed and needlessly separated, like others have mentioned several times. That is a serious workflow and consistency problem. My main argument point is that LootManager itself, to configure as an admin is risky (by risky I mean there is too much room for error) and it is very time consuming and inefficient, but to what gain? I see no gain, as someone who needs to configure their loot files from a single file. I am certain the majority of people edit their work this way, not by a loot "menu" Pleasant easy on the eye GUI should be aimed at the use of the player, not used as the method to configure by an admin! I'm only talking from a configuration stand point. Its not because "I don't like it" its because the plugin causes practical issues. I can not keep track of my loot or organise it in anyway from this perspective, even if I manually reorganise and rename all of the data files lootmanager has created, so they are more recognisable, that doesn't solve the issue. In fact it would not even be possible with needlessly modifying a lot of the messy data, which would be erased when the plugin is updated (in its current state) If unifying everything through LootManager for performance gains, optimisations and workflow from your side as developers in beneficial, ok that's one positive aspect and I understand uit, that is good but it can't be the only consideration. The end users of these products are not players so please continue to design them for the people who use them. Is there some sort of compromise that could be made to the actual data or file storage order, to edit the data directly, so at least, each plugin has a singular editable file. I used to work with LootTable from Kiiiing, which has a very nice interface too but since they removed the ability to edit configuration files from the server and replaced everything with protobuf, a user must also log into the Game Client and use an interface to edit loot, skinID's, shortnames, etc. etc. Which is extremely problematic, Rust does not work well with interfaces in game at the best of times! (as another example of other popular plugins that heavily rely on in game User interfaces) - Mevent Team makes brilliant interfaces for Shop, ServerPanel and so on which too frequently break because Rust servers dont perform well with GUI in game as player logged into the client. But I can afford to continue to use those plugins from Mevent because they still allow full control and configuration from a data file and configuration file perspective. If this was not the case, they would also be abandoned. Please, on behalf of all past and future customers, at least consider these important facts to continue a positive and progressive relationship with us.

It was fine when it was simply an api for spawning npcs. Now it takes away most of the configuration from the plugins that actally use it and stuff it all in one folder. As an example in better npc, the monument configs now only store npc positions, and for every npc, settings have been removed and separated into individual files, all stuffed into the npcspawn folder, with many duplicates and no indication which monument preset they came from. eg if same NPC name in oil rig and large oil rig, you now have two files with the same npc name, and some randomised string for the duplicate, no indication which is from small and large rig . Now i have to spend time figuring out which monument Scientist-56e34e comes from, and which npc is from which oil rig . Bonus star for the new AI brains

This plugin update is a perfect example of an inconvenient, unnecessary, and poorly executed change being forced onto server owners who never asked for it. If you’re going to implement something this disruptive, you should have all your ducks aligned to ensure a smooth transition. Instead, what we got feels rushed, under-tested, and completely disconnected from real-world server management. The fallout speaks for itself — broken setups, unexpected behavior, and admins wasting hours fixing problems introduced by a plugin they didn’t need in the first place. The fact that this system is NOT OPTIONAL is the biggest red flag. Many of us had our servers exactly how we wanted them — stable, tuned, and community-approved. Now we’re expected to change our entire plugin structure just to suit one plugin’s design philosophy. That’s not flexibility, that’s coercion. Requiring additional dependencies just to maintain functionality is not only unnecessary, it’s frustrating. I feel like I’ve lost control over my own server configuration, because I’m now being forced to run another plugin I neither wanted nor needed. I was happy with how things worked before, and this change has done nothing but make my setup worse. And to top it off — the UI is ugly. It’s intrusive, poorly designed, and adds zero value compared to the time it takes to adapt to it. I shouldn’t have to tolerate a clunky interface just because a plugin author decided this was the “new way.” Most importantly, this update has been a waste of my time. Time that could have been spent improving gameplay, running events, or supporting my community is now burned reworking configs and undoing damage caused by an unnecessary change. If this is how plugin development is going to be handled moving forward — forced dependencies, non-optional systems, ugly UI, and breaking changes — then I want no part of it. As a result, I can no longer use the plugins I paid for.. @Adem not happy buddy. A damn shame, because this could have been optional, clean, and well thought out. Instead, it’s become a frustrating mess that punishes server owners for valuing stability and control. I truly hope you rethink your position on this.

Cannot get this to work with AlphaLoot at all, all NPCs drop the same default loot table and nothing I do seems to change anything. I have spent so much time setting all of my monument loot over the past year and this update just nuked everything. If you want this to work you need to at last include documentation for getting the 3rd party tools integrated, maybe a video walk through of you setting it up. In its current state I really don't like this plugin, the UI is also confusing especially when literally nothing you do seems to have any effect on the loot dropped by NPCs.

This is quite a plugin for sure. It can stop your server, wipe it and let you soak in the juices. But if you uninstall a bunch of other plugins it might work! So, this is the only plugin I have that the author tells people to delete other plugins to get this one working, and then has a workaround he points you to to stop all the red spamming errors it creates. My server stopped working, Pine Hosting found the issue was this plugin, as they had just fixed another server with this, I renamed the file, server came up fine, but wiped. No thanks. I won't even touch the backups. This plugin pretty much ruined the whole wipe. I will not be using his other plugins because they rely on this plugin to work, and I will never trust this plugin again. Use at your own risk. Backup before install!

i liked the way the plugin was used an is used in many events but ever since the loot manager update not so much. i get two options use a slow painful gui or just dont use my events plugins an better npc as well all because they are forced to use this plugin an this is forced to use that loot plugin its a whole mess not an option or even a thing anyone wants but maybe a short few....i dont want a plugin to do all my loot i want the plugins i use for events an bots to have the loot with that plugin simple an the same its been...an now a new update to date that's mandatory its a joke! Edit= i gave one star as i thought i was stuvk with something i never wanted the dev has made many changes to what ive asked an many others an im sorry i made a rash review given this i will give 4 stars instead of one that one missing for the stress an despair for the time being as ive owned it for years an never had to stress os hard in my life lol...love the plugin an the dev for a free plugin this really gets the job done!

I Love the fact this plugin minimizes impact, and uses all of Adem plugins, and now KpucTaJl is using it which is huge as I use many of his plugins. and I doubt he will be the last. This is a win-win. No idea why people are crying. Maybe you guys should run Carbon. Either way, whoever gave the low ratings needs to understand how this works, why it works, and then go back and give it 5 stars. Adem has provided you guys with some of the best plugins there are. And he improved them with Loot Manager. Loot tables are not that hard people.

Change my review because Loot manager is being discontinued Announcement Due to negative feedback, this plugin will be discontinued. The configuration files of plugins that depend on it will be automatically reverted to the previous format in the upcoming updates. The plugin will be removed from the website once all related plugins have been updated.

Although this plugin was not very well received, I think that over time all the nuances will be corrected and by simplifying the creation of loot tables by developers and administrators, we will be able to receive new, more developed products more often, because developers will be able to direct the time saved in a more productive direction. I also find it difficult to accept something new in a coordinated manner, but I guess it's moving forward, not backward

Really solid quest plugin. It’s clean, very adaptable, and gives server owners a lot of control when building custom quests! However recently it’s become very performance heavy on my server. I’m seeing CPU spikes around 40% which causes noticeable lag for players. Great plugin overall, I just wish it would get an optimization update and a response from the dev regarding the issue. If the performance gets fixed, this could easily be a 4–5 star plugin. Update: After spending some time digging through the plugin and testing different parts of the code, I was able to track down what was causing the performance spikes on my server. The monument checking and NPC-related systems seemed to be the main contributors in my particular setup. After removing those features (which I wasn’t using anyway), the CPU spikes completely stopped and the plugin has been running smoothly. I also had the chance to speak with the developer directly and he was very helpful and chill about everything. Really appreciated the conversation and the work that went into the plugin. Overall I’m very happy with it now. It’s still a very solid and flexible quest system.

The loot manager is a complete disaster, and it's an absolute outrage to release something like this as a dependency. Months of work have been wasted. Unfortunately, the redevelopment of BetterNPC and NpcSpawn is also completely incomprehensible to me. It's much more complicated than before... the filenames are a nonsensical combination of numbers and letters. It used to be so simple... BetterNPC for configuration, NPCSpawn for spawning. Now everything is mixed up, and hardly anyone can get it configured properly.

Continuing to require Loot Manager after Adem has announced it's being discontinued DUE TO NEGATIVE FEEDBACK is actually insane. This plugin existed long before Loot Manager and worked just fine, so the idea that this plugin NEEDS it all of a sudden is very funny. It doesn't. Maybe I'll update this review once Loot Manage is completely and utterly gutted from this plugin forever.

Excellent and Essential I’ve been using Custom Item Definitions since it was released, and I honestly never had a single issue or bug with it. It’s extremely stable and does exactly what it’s supposed to do. I use it together with CustomizableWeapons, and the combination is essential for my server. It gives full control over custom items and makes everything much cleaner and easier to manage. On top of that, the developer is very fast to respond and always helpful with customers, which makes a big difference. The plugin is clearly well maintained. Highly recommended. A must have plugin for any server using custom items.

Warning! This plugin does not enforce limits on clans as advertised! The whole reason I bought this plugin over the others was because it was supposed to limit entities for the clan, not just the players. This feature does not work and each player in the clan is able to max out on the limit. There is also an issue with the chat message that appears when the limit is reached. It does not use the language set in the config file and unfortunately it is broken English, so it needs to be fixed. I have reported both these issues to the creator over a month ago, with multiple follow-up attempts, and have received no response. I also tried reporting the plugin as "broken" since this key feature is not working, but site administration disagrees. So buyer beware! The image posted below in response to this review was a conversation with Whispers88 about another plugin, completely unrelated to this one. I had no idea what he was talking about when he mentioned the "clans issue" as he gave no context or reference to this plugin. My comment still stands, I opened several support tickets and they were not responded to and as of today (3 months later) the plugin still doesn't work.

i will almost never give a review, but this time i do. I was verry pleased with the new system introduced and frankly am i flabergasted with such a fast U-turn. Yup you had a few negative reviews, i say a few because you have a down load od 5.6 k. no matter how hard i look i strugle to find even 50 negative reveiuws. in my opinion this U-turn is based on a " verry loud minority", the majority will just as me not react because we are pleased with it. I am aware you are in no position to turn it around yet again and frankly i would myself tell you not to do that. But i do think you gave up way and way to soon. it is a shame as i a was and am verry sure that it was the way to go.

LuffyRust recently assisted in testing of the Easy Sailing, and honestly it’s one of those quality-of-life game changers that immediately feels natural once you use it; Easy Sailing overhauls default naval controls and gives captains full command of sails, engines, and anchors right from the wheel without ever running around the deck, which makes solo play and even big fleet handling smoother than stock Rust ever did and seriously improves performance on our server with zero issues — my players had no idea this was a mod and just assumed Deep Sea’s boats worked this well by default, but once I announced it was a modification they were blown away and grateful, because this isn’t something you just find anywhere else; great work by Corvus, and to anyone considering buying this, do it — you will not be disappointed.

Been using RustApp on my server for a while now and honestly can't imagine going back. Everything you need for moderation is in one place — player profiles with full steam info and ban history, chat logs, reports, bans, auto-kick for VPN/low hours, staff activity stats. The web panel is clean and fast, works well on mobile too. The ban system is super flexible (global, per-server, IP, mass team bans) and you can attach proof to everything, which keeps things organized. Report system pulls in F7 and custom reports into one feed — no more switching between tools. Plugin is open-source and works perfectly on Carbon. Setup was straightforward. Only "downside" is it's a paid subscription, but there's a 7-day free trial and honestly the price is fair for what you get. Huge time saver if you're running any kind of serious project. Highly recommend.

WTH why have you made this so difficult to update? I am trying to follow the instructions and it keeps referring to archive. I have no archive. Why is this lumped all together with lootmanager, spawns and better npc. If it aint broke don't rebuild during a huge update like what we just had. I Guess if this is the way it is going to be I may need to rethink my events. I must appologize for my earlier review. I do believe the major issue is the wording in the instructions. I have been using this plugin for years now. First ,why did the instructions say "archive" why not just say file. I was looking through all my data files for "archive" Now that I understand that was more clear. As you see "old npc.Spawn" Adem uses LootManager and to have everything wrapped up in the NPC.Spawn was also confusing. I'm not an idiot just confused by some of the instructions. I now get that developers want to create a central data base for "Images, Loot, Presets and ect" We are not all programmers. So I appologize for displaying my frustration in the review. I think though the changes could have taken place after the major wipe we just had. One thing is for sure, I just got schooled.

plugin is amazing i run custom guns custom armor custom cars an helis alot of custom stuff! well for my whole 5 years playing i have not found a great way to make custom items tho most the time when split after skin just goes back to default. till this here built in ui simple plus the option to explain what it is man this is insane work super simple would spend 20 all day on this great work. you can make the item an give them to you in the same motion! 10/10 would love to see us be able to but the fire icon in the top left corner to show that this is custom item i do this with my custom gear as well helps players know they got something special!

DO NOT BUY, I bought Cahnu’s bundle which included Heavy Oil Rig Event, Heavy Water Treatment Event, Heavy Excavator Event, Heavy Cargo Ship Event, and Heli Crash Event. All of them are bugged in one way or another with some breaking well know maintained modes others causing major console spamming and significant server fps drop, there is no support for any type of pve mode either, Cahnu is unresponsive in the support channel and is uncontactable in discord therefor leaving one to believe that they have abandoned their mods and Codefling needs to stop any further sales of their products. Update 11/01/2025 To be clear, these mods were tested on a brand-new, clean test server with only admin tools and this developer’s mods installed. Despite that, they still exhibited numerous bugs. I recommend that prospective buyers also check the support tab to see how slowly the developer responds to reported issues. Additionally, my initial reviews were posted well before I suggested any potential feature improvements. Rather than addressing the reported problems, the developer dismissed the feedback and instead harassed me to change my reviews. Those reviews are an honest and accurate reflection of my experience with these mods.

I've tested this plugin thoroughly on both a standard and a custom map and ran into a lot of problems. NPCs get stuck at monuments (both normal and custom). (fixed) NPCs get stuck in water. (fixed) NPCs get stuck just roaming in open areas. (fixed) NPCs get stuck looping the same path over and over. (fixed) Npcs Ignore terrain trigger causing them to walk in the air There’s also constant console spam when using voices, even with the data file installed. The only way to stop it is to disable voices in the config. Console spam error (fixed) | [RoamingNPCs Warning]: File uinston2/medical_state/2 not found (fixed) [RoamingNPCs Warning]: File uinston2/medical_state/3 not found (fixed) The plugin also causes noticeable lag and strain on the server when NPCs get stuck. As soon as it’s removed, the lag goes away. (fixed) I like the idea behind it and appreciate the dev’s effort to fix things, but it feels like there hasn’t been enough testing. There are just too many bugs right now. I’ll update my review once these issues are fixed, but at the moment, the plugin isn’t usable. Update Latest Update has fixed most of the issues but there are still a couple that needs sorting

Plugin does not work as advertised. Many bugs with no support replies as well. I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND this plugin. This has been the worst support for a paid plugin I have ever seen in my life. Buyers beware of the many active scams on this Codefling website!!

Speechless! One of the most original, fresh and polished plugins I've seen in a long while. The attention to detail tackling a large variety of scenarios were well considered when making the plugin, working exactly as expected in most - if not every situations/scenarios! I absolutely recommend this absolute gem of a plugin.

This plugin is absolutely amazing. What he has done with the UI completely blows away the default UI for both EpicLoot and ItemPerks, and brings them together with a huge amount of customization. It adds a layer of customization onto both items, and the buff rolling is spot on! If you run Epic Loot, Item Perks or both, I cannot recommend this plugin enough!

well. i bought a different version than this when deepsea opened. it constantly reset DS , but other than that it worked ok. i guess. But i wanted to try this version. Installed it just about a week ago. maybe less. i did add a f1 command to help me out a wee bit. "deepsea.wipeduration 2500000" so far i have to give it 5 star. I REALLY like the chat Ui for in/out yada yadda. most of the settings work correctly at my end with the exception of island count. im not sure if its me or the mod, but im running a custom map with many many many islands for the mainland so its not really an issue im going to look into Atm. Thanks for the share !

Oxide Cleaner is a very practical and well-designed plugin that does exactly what it promises: keeping the system clean and optimized. It’s easy to use, efficient, and helps maintain good server performance without any hassle. Overall, a reliable and useful plugin that every server owner should consider. Great work!

Wrecks has made a flippen gem here! I've been having this nagging issue on my server for the past few months now where players would build MASSIVE farm bases and just ruin the FPS in their area I tried all the entity limit plugins -- Free and paid Some didn't work, some had workarounds, and some just didn't work the way I hoped So firstly, the UI is absolutely amazing It's made setting up the limits and permissions a breeze Second, the entity grouping is EXACTLY what I was looking for There are so many different planter types in the game, including the DLC planters It made it a mission to limit them all in a fair manner Well, the groups fixed that problem for me Third, every little bypass, workaround and exploit that I learned from the other entity limit plugins, DID NOT WORK ON THIS!! Brings tears to a grown man's eyes Players are complaining about the limits, which means it's actually working lol Thank you, Kiiiing

I can't believe nobody has ever thought of building down before! Players on my server have already found the value in making "sleeper bases" with their fat stacks stored in the basement of a 2x2. It was easy to configure and worked without any hassles. I don't know if I'm going to be able to live in a base without a basement now...
