It's happening only when people having lower than 16:9 ratio. Solution to that is to set "Base Position": { "Anchor Min": "0.5 0.0", "Anchor Max": "0.5 0.0" but then also you need to adjust your buttons again since you made them on default "0.5 0.2" -

Permission system changed to how it was previously, every button have separate permission requirement to show up, users with permission custombuttons.admin can see all the buttons without having specific permissions.
