    You mean you are using below map. Then the Military Airfield event not spawning the Ch47 helicopter but the event does start right? does it say that the Military Airfield event started?

    then it might be some other plugin interfering with SimplePVE.. Can you try turn on the spdebug for for few minutes then check if any console logs coming from it.

    Hey, Can you check player - 76561199126599355 - doesnt have the PlayerLoadout.admin permission. PlayerLoadout.admin permission bypasses the banned item list.
