its one time purchase. You can make players buy survey charge and quarry from outpost or bandit by placing or editing vending machine also you can use any shop plugin where you can sell survey charge and quarry -

hey, it seems the host or host server you have uploaded the plugin didn't uploaded properly or something, I'm not sure. maybe double check if the plugin is properly uploaded -
