I just checked and everything works fine for me. Please make sure your configuration is valid enabled. Do you have this problem with every item or only certain items? Do you get any errors in the console?

In the config file you can change the skin id for each tier. To create a custom skin, you have to create a new workshop skin with the image you want, grab the skin id and put it in the config -

That is actually wrong. As the config value says 1 = 100% so if you want a 50% drop chance you have to set it to 0.5 -
Did you disable grave yards in the config? Do you get any warnings in the console when it is night time? There might be issues with finding valid spawn points on your map -
Just set the config value "Enable junk pile decorations" to false

You are on linux and you have to install libgdiplus before you can use the plugin.

This looks like a conflict with another plugin. Do you have any plugin installed that might mess with stacking?
