You did not properly enable the flag then. When enabled, the plugin unsubscribes from all stacking hooks -

Are you still getting the yellow hook conflict message with the flag enabled? -
Do you get any error messages in the server console? Without a detailed error message I can not do much

You can safely ignore this warning, it happens because a comment in the plugin contains the word FindObjectsOfType. I will change the comment with the next version. If you want to get rid of that warning just delete line 38 in the plugin file

Why would you use 2 plugins that basically do the same? If you really need to use StackModifier and Loottable together there is the flag 'DisableStackingHooks ' to disable all stacking functionality in Loottable. It is documented in the plugin description under the flags section -

Hi, Apologies for the late reply. If you want the loot to be controlled by another plugin, simply leave the loot profile empty
