There might be another plugin preventing removal of these entities. Normally all remaining entities are removed when the boat is destroyed

There is no option to configure the health of zombies at the moment. I will add it with an update in the next few weeks

The loot generator system is pretty complex, but in the end it does not matter in which color category the item is, it will always have the same chance as the loot generator checks every item every time. When using a colored category, the category itself has to be randomly selected first (with the specified chance next to the color bar in the editor) before any items in the category will be checked

This is generally not a problem as long as it happens only in such extreme situations and not with evey item every time. You might want to consider switching to a more powerful server

This plugin does not control the crate population on the server, it only changes the loot inside. If you start your server fresh it might take some time for all loot containers to spawn
