i cant not find the Loot Table & Stacksize GUI 1.0.28 when i try to download the the file all i get is 1.0.26 and if i click on updates i can down lown up to 1.0.27 but not 1.0.28 for it has no link next to it

i cant find it either and when i down load the file its only V 1.0.26
