This is generally not a problem as long as it happens only in such extreme situations and not with evey item every time. You might want to consider switching to a more powerful server

This plugin does not control the crate population on the server, it only changes the loot inside. If you start your server fresh it might take some time for all loot containers to spawn

The plugin uses a built-in function of rust to determine the grid location of the boat. Writing a custom function would be not worth the effort
