⚠️ ATTENTION ⚠️

Important: The permission system of this plugin no longer works if you set RequireMailboxForUpkeep = true in the config.

This means:
- The plugin cannot be restricted to specific players (e.g., VIP only)
- Players without the permission townhall.myplotofland will not be considered with the mailbox → their cupboard has no upkeep → their base will decay
- These players still receive the warning "Your tool cupboard has no plot mailbox" every few minutes, but cannot solve the problem themselves

Solution:
Grant all players (*default) the permission townhall.myplotofland so the plugin works correctly for everyone.

Alternative: Disable RequireMailboxForUpkeep = false in the config, then the system is optional.

You can "build" but you cannot place a TC.

when such da claim gets raided does the raider have building privilage or cant he add a tc?
