Try givepump 1 directly and not givepump wasiisc 1
It is best if you also give yourself the "submersiblepump.give" permission, then you can run this console command under F1-Console..

Yeah, it doesn't support player names. You can use this command ingame, like givepump or from console givepump <userId>

For some Reason Every time i spawn my Saved Base with the pumps all set up once i turn them on they always change from Fresh water to salt No matter where i am on the map..

any ideas?

It will not work with saved bases. You must place pump manually, copy-paste plugin will not work.

I just want to say that this SubmersiblePump plugin works great with the WaterBases plugin. I have a guy right now building a farm at sea.

The pump and other goodies are free on umod in the Extandet Crafting plugin by judesser69 and nivex what's different here For $5

The plugin is lighter and doesnt have the limits like picking up cooldown. I've not saw this plugin before to be honest, but if you look for better performance and you dont need other things from that plugin, mine plugin is for You.
Also from the description i don't see that the umod plugin replaces salt water with fresh water, which mine do without any additional calculations.

Unfortunately this is not possible.
The loading bar when picking up is displayed but the pump stops.

So one of your plugins must block that. It should kill the pump and drop it on the ground where it was.

I don;t know which plugin blocks in your case  You can have over hundred of plugins
Just remove half, and half, and half and check when it starts working.

Are you trying to pick it up while it has water in it by chance? I can pick mine up, but has to be empty first. 

The pump pumps salt water, can the pump be set to fresh water?

It pumps fresh water. Are you sure your other plugins doesn't affect that?

you can place it anywhere, it should work even on ocean.

Weird. It should pump fresh water from anywhere.

I have reset the pump, now it works again....
