ZoneManager would need to call these hooks. This plugin has nothing to do with ZM.

Yes. certainly. But it is also better to recheck everything the plugin because the overlay system does not work and the plugin changes to "UINotify" in the console and not to "Notify". So reviewing the update for this version would be good..

i made the bar height 30 or 35 and start noticing the icon offset is not in % or square height using the bar height ( can do -2 or +2 for offsets on max height which would be with also ? )

You are about to use the notification function. I hope the name of the player who wrote the text will be displayed. Only the recipient's name is always displayed.
