When enabled it will set any "new" player to have it enabled at first. Any player that joined before will have to enable it themselves in their settings.

After enabled in the admin panel each user has the option to enable or disable the welcome panel in their profile settings.

You cannot access the images directly. They are locked out. as stated in the instructions: "Please do NOT use rustlevels urls! Rustlevels offers the images for download only!". Your server will download them when using the local host option. If you want to download them for use on another host we have image packs in our discord.

This is due to changes made in the SurvivalArena plugin that no longer works with XPerience. I would disable any options related to the SurvivalArena plugin in the XPerience admin panel until updated
