Do you have image library installed? IL handles getting all the images and they are hosted on imgru so all servers should have no issues getting them

You are including the word name and then the player name after correct? Just as my example shows? I tested myself and they are working for me. You can also change these commands in the config file So using your name here it would be: /xpreset name namsaknoi

Depending on what mods you have installed there are some that can allow massive XP gains very quickly. To fix this you'll have to change the settings in the admin panel to adjust for these mods. Without knowing what mods your using I can't really say what settings you need to adjust to prevent this. If using the addon it will help me figure out whether it's related to the special items check as one of the special items uses the medical syringe as a base item. If you aren't using the addon then It would be part of the actual skill. Will continue to run some test to figure out exactly which area the problem is in.

I still work on this one some but my main focus is my XPerience mod which does track all that. Will look into doing an update with more features once I get past some of the major additions I'm doing to XPerience -
Yes, you can use the SQL feature for this or the Webrequest feature. The SQL feature is much easier and more reliable. I use SQL for this and the XPerience mod to show results on our RustLevels website

What do you mean minimal changes were made to the file itself? If your using an edited version I can't really say what's causing this issue without knowing what has been changed or edited. First I would try an unedited version and see if you still have the issue after restart.

false means players can reset their stats and skills true means points they spend in stats/skills are permanent and they cannot reset their stats or skills these settings are much easier adjusted and explained in the in game admin panel rather than editing the config file

yes at least 2 items need to be listed so that it doesn't confuse the "chance" calculations by only having 1 item as it does a random selection in the list when running the chance. You can list the same item twice if you only want one item to drop, that should work
