There is a website that can help explain much of the XPerience plugin. Note the website was created before the admin panel overhaul so it won't show the examples the same but the general information is the same. We also have a community discord where people discuss and help with many questions. When enabled it will set any "new" player to have it enabled at first. Any player that joined before will have to enable it themselves in their settings.

After enabled in the admin panel each user has the option to enable or disable the welcome panel in their profile settings.

You cannot access the images directly. They are locked out. as stated in the instructions: "Please do NOT use rustlevels urls! Rustlevels offers the images for download only!". Your server will download them when using the local host option. If you want to download them for use on another host we have image packs in our discord.
